MCN Advisory Membership — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern enrollment in the MCN Advisory Membership program ("Membership"), offered by MCN Sports Management ("MCN," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or renewing a Membership, you ("Member") agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Tiers

MCN offers three Membership tiers, each including a set number of advising calls per 12-month term along with additional benefits described on our website at the time of purchase:

• Quarterly Advisor — one 30-minute advising call every 3 months (4 calls per term)

• Bi-Monthly Advisor — one 30-minute advising call every 2 months (6 calls per term)

• Monthly Advisor — one 30-minute advising call every month (12 calls per term)

Current pricing for each tier is listed on mcnsm.com and is subject to change at renewal. Price changes will not apply retroactively to a term already paid for.

2. What Membership Is — and Is Not

Membership is a service and benefits program. It is not an insurance product, and it does not provide financial reimbursement, indemnification, or coverage for any loss, expense, injury, or damage. References to "emergency logistics assist" mean MCN staff will make reasonable efforts to help a Member navigate a difficult situation while traveling (for example, a lost passport, missed connection, or need for translation or local referral); they do not constitute a promise of any specific outcome, nor reimbursement of any costs the Member incurs.

Membership does not replace, modify, or supersede MCN's standard tournament registration terms or cancellation policy. Tournament registration fees, advising fees outside of included Membership calls, and all other MCN services are billed separately and remain governed by their own applicable terms.

3. Advising Calls

3.1 Scheduling. Included advising calls must be scheduled and completed within the 12-month Membership term. MCN will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a Member's preferred scheduling cadence but cannot guarantee a specific date or time.

3.2 No rollover. Unused advising calls do not carry over to a subsequent term and are forfeited at term end, regardless of the reason they went unused.

3.3 Rescheduling. A scheduled call may be rescheduled with at least [24/48] hours' notice. Calls cancelled with less notice, or which the Member does not attend, are counted as used and are not entitled to be rescheduled or refunded.

3.4 Nature of advice. Advising calls provide general guidance related to tournament planning, travel logistics, and NCAA recruiting topics based on MCN's experience. Advising calls do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice, and MCN does not guarantee any particular recruiting, athletic, or admissions outcome.

4. Payment and Renewal

4.1 Membership is billed annually in advance for a 12-month term.

4.3 All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 5.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 A Member may request cancellation of their Membership at any time by contacting MCN in writing.

5.2 Because Membership benefits (including priority booking windows, digital products, and community access) are made available immediately upon enrollment, membership fees are non-refundable once the term has begun, except where required by applicable law.

5.3 MCN may, at its sole discretion, offer a prorated credit in cases of extraordinary circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This is a discretionary accommodation and not a guaranteed right.

6. Tier Changes

A Member may upgrade to a higher tier at any time by paying the prorated difference for the remainder of the current term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal and are not available mid-term.

7. Community Group and Conduct

Access to the private members-only community group is a Membership benefit, not a guaranteed right, and is subject to MCN's community guidelines. MCN reserves the right to remove any member from the community group, or to suspend or terminate a Membership without refund, for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, or harmful to other members, MCN staff, or the program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCN's total liability arising out of or related to Membership is limited to the amount the Member paid for their current Membership term. MCN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to travel delays, missed events, or costs incurred while traveling, whether or not MCN provided logistics assistance under Section 2.

9. Changes to These Terms

MCN may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members by email prior to taking effect. Continued Membership after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
